In the Entry-Level phase, you will learn how to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our Fortune 500 clients. You will be the first line of contact for new and existing customers, so a big part of the entry-level phase is customer service, along with learning and utilizing product knowledge.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns. The Account Manager will step into a leadership role by training other entry levels and account managers in our award-winning system for optimal productivity. In this role, you will expand on the communication skills required to move forward. You will be given additional responsibilities, such as having hands-on experience with conducting interviews to help explain to potential employees what our company does for our clients.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be given “behind-the-scenes” responsibilities as you develop your business administration skills. In this role, you will be responsible for vendor relationship management, overseeing a team of individuals, and presiding over payroll and finances. With our globally known clients, they are looking for us to grow into their massive footprint. Thus, the most important role of the Assistant Manager is the planning of expansion for our clients.
